About Department

    The Department of Commerce, established in 1995, offers B.Com., M.Com., and Ph.D. programs on both Full-Time and Part-Time bases, guided by experienced faculty. Committed to academic and professional excellence, the department regularly organizes guest lectures and seminars to enhance students' knowledge and business skills. It equips students for diverse careers in finance, accountancy, tax, banking, and research, fostering both practical expertise and academic growth. Additionally, the Center for Professional Courses provides coaching for CA, CMA, and CS programs, enhancing students' employability and helping them excel in competitive professional landscapes. The department remains a hub for nurturing future commerce leaders.

Eligibility

    Higher Secondary pass with Commerce & Accountancy Higher Secondary with Commerce / Accountancy / Mathematics / Business Mathematics /Statistics / Computer Science / Corporate Secretaryship / Information Technology / Computer Applications/ Computer Technology as one of the subjects. (Those who have not studied Commerce or/and Accountancy should undergo a bridge course for a minimum duration of 15 days in that subjects).

PG - Eligibility

    Candidate seeking admission to the first year of the Master of Commerce Degree shall possess pass in B.Com, B.Com (CA), B.Com (E-Com), B.B.A, B.B.M, BBA/BBM (CA), B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship), B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship) with CA, BCS, BCS (CA), B.A (Corporate Secretaryship), B.A (Corporate Secretaryship) with CA, and B.Com (Co-operation), B.Com (Banking & Insurance), B.Com (Accounting & Finance), B.Com (Security Marketing Practices) B.Com (Financial Marketing Analytics) B.Com (Business Process Services) and B.COM (Professional Accounting).
